Researcher biography
Yanshu Huang is a researcher with research expertise in gender role attitudes and attitudes towards reproductive autonomy. Prior to joining ISSR, she completed a PhD in social psychology from the University of Auckland, working with the New Zealand Attitudes and Values Study. She was also a postdoctoral research fellow at the Public Policy Institute at the University of Auckland, contributing to a project on gender responsive budgeting. Her current research interests include examining how adverse or significant life events contribute to adolescents' psychosocial outcomes.
