Dr Paul Jelfs

Paul Jelfs is the General Manager of the Population and Social Statistics Division at the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Paul seeks to drive new and innovative information developments across a range of social issues, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and partners.

 Paul has extensive experience in Commonwealth and State Government agencies in both information management and service delivery. He has worked across these agencies to promote the best use of information to support government, non-government agencies and the community to plan, make evidence-based policy decisions and conduct quality evaluations.
