Monica is an entrepreneurial thinker with a background in business development, marketing and communications management, institutional and marketing research, and stakeholder engagement.  She has produced effective strategies to address complex business challenges for a range of clients in both private and public sectors.  Monica came to ISSR from Griffith University where she supported academic quality and the student experience across the University.

Monica has developed a cross-cultural and international acumen through a career, education, and personal travels that span multiple continents and sociocultural regions.  She has a BA in management and communications from the University of Texas at Dallas, and an MBA concentrating on international business and marketing from Babson College in Boston, USA.  Her studies include international immersion and two key projects: Gender Signals in Business Operations and Marketing, and Marketing Design for Marginalised Cohorts.
