Researcher biography

Nicole has over 20 years of survey methodology experience. Since 2000, she has worked on the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) Survey Project at the University of Melbourne. Her role has involved managing the fieldwork contract, developing the sampling, weighting and imputation strategies, overseeing the data preparation and providing user training. Prior to this, she worked for the Victorian Department of Human Services, the Australian Bureau of Statistics and Data Analysis Australia.
