Geoff has been a Commonwealth Public Servant for more than 36 years – half of which has been in senior management positions.
He has spent his career working in Indigenous Affairs and has worked across a broad range of program and policy areas including: broadcasting; banking; land acquisitions; infrastructure and essential services; and economic and community development.
Geoff is currently the Assistant Secretary, Indigenous Workforce Strategies Branch in the Department of Prime Minister and the Cabinet (PM&C) tasked with the responsibility of increasing the representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff in the department.
He has been a member and Board member of a number of Indigenous organisations and has a keen interest in Indigenous Community Development policy.
