Bryn possesses a diverse background, including public and private sectors as well as academe. He has worked with organisations in the security and development spaces, including the Swedish Agency for Development Evaluation and the EUJUST Lex Mission to Iraq.
He has also managed a four-year ARC project for the Australian Federal Police which developed a monitoring and evaluation framework for their International Deployment Group.
He currently manages a project funded by the Australian Civil-Military Centre that will add significantly to the evidence base regarding the contributions of women deployed in multilateral peace and security operations.
