Zoe has a background in Anthropology and Law and has worked extensively in government and in the non-government sector in senior policy, research and frontline roles. Zoe has worked with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Queensland, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Zoe is currently undertaken her PHD studies at ISSR.
