Laetitia completed her BA with first class Hons in 2012, looking at adolescents who volunteer in Queensland. Since 2011 she has worked in the Employment and Education Program at ISSR as RA on various projects, including the Paid Parental Leave and Dad and Partner Pay evaluation.

Laetitia is part way through her PhD looking at fathers who engage in long hours of paid work and caring for children.
