Peter has over 15 years of experience in international development practice and research. He has worked throughout Asia for international non-governmental organisations (INGOs), for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and has extensive experience as a consultant working for bi-lateral and multi-lateral development agencies on complex policy and development challenges. Peter spent five years as an embedded UN adviser in Vietnam’s state ministries for labour and social affairs, and ethnic minority development.
